The coffee produced on the farm has a quality score between 83 and 84 points. It is distinguished by its aromatic profile, which combines hints of chocolate, caramel, and pecans.
Hiking
The main trail leads visitors to the La Angelita waterfall, covering a distance of approximately 3.75 km with a medium-high difficulty level. Along the way, visitors can observe a variety of endemic flora and fauna species, as well as coffee plantations.
Picnic Area
The property has a picnic area with tables that offer various options tailored to visitors’ preferences. There are low and high tables, with or without canopies, and options with dishware, ensuring comfort for all guests.
This area is highly significant for Santa Ana, as it preserves the customs and traditions of past generations, particularly those related to coffee cultivation. Additionally, the farm is traversed by the Uruca River, an essential water source that supplies many residents of Salitral and surrounding areas.
